class=\"elementskit-faq-body\">\n                <b>Eligibility Criteria for Associate Membership \/ AIB Sri Lanka with Effect from 01 July 2025. <\/b>\n<ol>\n<br>\nTo become an Associate Member an applicant should;\n<br>\n<br>\n<ul>\n<li>\nHave completed DBF (Old) \/ DABF \/ HDBF (New) qualification of the IBSL , <b>AND<\/b>\n<\/li>\n<br>\n<li>Be either at the Managerial Level (Manager Grade or above) in a Bank \/ Licensed Finance Co. \/ Registered Leasing Co.  <b>OR<\/b><\/li>\n<br>\n<li>Be in a Bank \/ Licensed Finance Co. \/ Registered Leasing Co. with a minimum of 04 years\u2019 Banking &amp; Finance with a minimum of 04 years\u2019 working experience in an Executive Grade (Institutions recognized under this category are given below)
