{"id":19086,"date":"2025-10-22T14:20:26","date_gmt":"2025-10-22T14:20:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ibsl.lk\/?p=19086"},"modified":"2025-11-20T15:56:29","modified_gmt":"2025-11-20T10:26:29","slug":"nbfc-terms-conditions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ibsl.lk\/?p=19086","title":{"rendered":"Terms and Conditions \u2013 National Banking &amp; Finance Conference 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>By registering for the National Banking &amp; Finance Conference 2025 (\u201cNBFC 2025\u201d), you agree to the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-fff010381c8a77641bbe396ba61b7e99\" style=\"color:#002f81\"><strong>Registration &amp; Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conference registration will be confirmed only upon successful payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All payments must be made through the official <a href=\"http:\/\/nbfc.lk\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"nbfc.lk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NBFC website (nbfc.lk)<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For corporate registrations, invoices will be generated based on the information provided by the designated company representative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any applicable discounts will be automatically applied at the time of registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cdae569c0de27fc326494c424e11ca3a\" style=\"color:#002f81\"><strong>E-Tickets &amp; Access<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each participant will receive a <strong>QR-coded e-ticket<\/strong>, valid for both conference days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants must present the e-ticket (printed or on a mobile device) at the registration counter for entry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The QR code is personal and non-transferable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b857e11c390b4984ec1fded0639d782b\" style=\"color:#002f81\"><strong>Data Protection &amp; Communication<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>By registering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for event-related communication, coordination, and follow-up activities (including post-event surveys and certificates).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data collected during registration will be processed solely for the purposes of:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Event administration,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participant communication,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identity verification,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security management, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post-event follow-up (such as surveys, certificates, or communication of related events).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IBSL will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties and will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the above purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants may request the removal of their personal data via the official NBFC email address (nbfc@ibsl.lk), subject to IBSL\u2019s data retention requirements and applicable Sri Lankan laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-507ee410bd3821fde885c95f02ac55b6\" style=\"color:#002f81\"><strong>Photography &amp; Media<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The event will be recorded and photographed.
