Banks will contact you for the interview process.\u00a0<\/li><li>The payment\/allowance will be decided solely by the bank. IBSL will not take responsibility for or act as a mediator in matters related to the payments.<\/li><li>The area &amp; the branch to which you will be assigned cannot be changed upon requests made to IBSL.<\/li><li>Upon selection at the interviews, you are required to obtain the\u00a0<strong>Practical Training Guidebook<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Practical Training Logbook<\/strong>\u00a0to be eligible for NVQ certification.<\/li><li>Students who fail to complete the internship will not be eligible to receive the NVQ certification.<\/li><li>The\u00a0<strong>Practical Training Logbook<\/strong>\u00a0must be duly maintained and signed by your assigned supervisor.<\/li><li>Once the internship is completed, you must notify the IBSL and submit your duly completed Practical Training Logbook to the Practical Training Coordinator.<\/li><li>The period of the internship will be determined by the bank.
