By registering for the National Banking & Finance Conference 2025 (“NBFC 2025”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Registration & Payment
- Conference registration will be confirmed only upon successful payment.
- All payments must be made through the official NBFC website (nbfc.lk).
- For corporate registrations, invoices will be generated based on the information provided by the designated company representative.
- Any applicable discounts will be automatically applied at the time of registration.
E-Tickets & Access
- Each participant will receive a QR-coded e-ticket, valid for both conference days.
- Participants must present the e-ticket (printed or on a mobile device) at the registration counter for entry.
- The QR code is personal and non-transferable.
Data Protection & Communication
- By registering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for event-related communication, coordination, and follow-up activities (including post-event surveys and certificates).
- Personal data collected during registration will be processed solely for the purposes of:
- Event administration,
- Participant communication,
- Identity verification,
- Security management, and
- Post-event follow-up (such as surveys, certificates, or communication of related events).
- IBSL will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data.
- Personal data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties and will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the above purposes.
- Participants may request the removal of their personal data via the official NBFC email address (nbfc@ibsl.lk), subject to IBSL’s data retention requirements and applicable Sri Lankan laws.
Photography & Media
- The event will be recorded and photographed. By attending, you consent to the use of your image and participation for promotional and archival purposes.
