Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of goods, works, and services in line with approved policies and national guidelines.
- Prepare and review procurement plans, bidding documents, and contract files.
- Coordinate tendering, evaluation, vendor selection & delivery to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Coordinate with departments, finance, and audit units for verification, payments, and reporting.
- Oversee institutional inventory operations to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Apply departmental ERP configurations and workflows related to procurement and inventory.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Sri Lanka, or an equivalent foreign institution.
- Minimum of three (03) years’ experience at managerial level in a reputed institution, preferably with exposure to procurement or supply chain operations.
- Preferably below 35 years of age at the time of application.

- Familiarity with Management Systems & ERP-based workflows.
- Ability to work in a computerized environment
- Skills in building and maintaining good public relations with ability to guide team members
- Ability to work in English and Sinhala for broader coordination.
