Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information and Communication Technology, or Software Engineering from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Sri Lanka or an equivalent foreign institution.
- Age should be below 30 years as at the closing date of applications. (The upper age limit may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional qualifications or experience.)
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze institutional functional requirements and assist in system improvements.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and decision-making.
- Coordinate testing, and validation of new features or updates.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical and user documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams and technology partners to resolve issues.
Added Advantages
- Experience in enterprise or academic information systems, ERP, or CRM platforms.
- Exposure to Azure cloud, database management, reporting tools, or data analytics.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices, software testing, or technical documentation standards.
- Good understanding of institutional processes and workflows within the education sector.
